Professional cheese taster and one of the leading figures in the cheese world in Spain. Judge at the National Cheese Fair and founder of Quesomentero Cheesebar, the largest cheesebar chain in Europe, through which he has revolutionised the way cheese is enjoyed.
After working on projects linked to the Michelin universe and wineries such as Marqués de Riscal and Marqués de Murrieta, he has dedicated his career to sharing cheese culture from a contemporary, accessible and surprising perspective, hosting tastings and experiences across Spain to bring the world of cheese closer to a new generation of food lovers.
