For two hours, you will embark on a deep journey within, guided by expert Celia Soldado, who will lead you through a carefully crafted Yoga sequence to align your energy and awaken your presence. All of this will be accompanied by live music from Jesús Garrido, music that will elevate each movement and immerse you in an atmosphere of complete connection.

After the yoga class, you will enjoy a unique sound bath that will enhance your Savasana, enveloping you in a profound sense of calm, balance, and well-being. To finish, we invite you to share a delicious and nutritious breakfast, designed to extend the benefits of the practice and give you the energy you need to continue your day.
