At Only YOU Hotel Atocha, weekends are synonymous with brunch, relaxation, and enjoyment. Until May 23, we will continue offering our classic brunch, an experience designed for lovers of late breakfasts and unhurried plans.
The experience begins with a refreshing Mimosa, a blend of orange juice and champagne, accompanied by our carefully selected appetizers and starters. Then, you can choose from a variety of irresistible dishes, such as the Wagyu Burger, Eggs Benedictine, or the Cuban Sandwich, among others.
As in any good journey, the end arrives with a well-deserved treat. A delicious croffle, a smooth cappuccino, or our famous Donostiarra cheesecake awaits you.

The Weekend Brunch: Vermouth Edition
Starting May 23, The Weekend Brunch: Vermouth Edition arrives, a more traditional and social proposal inspired by the Madrid aperitif culture and those Sundays meant to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.
The experience begins with a perfectly served vermouth, or the drink of your choice, accompanied by a sharing platter featuring classics such as gildas, Iberian ham croquettes, Russian salad, marinated anchovies, or patatas bravas. Afterwards, you can choose from dishes that combine brunch classics with very Madrid-inspired options, such as our burger, calamari sandwich, or Club Sandwich.
To finish, iconic desserts such as cheesecake or rice pudding, all accompanied by live music from the 80s, vermouth, wine, and some of the best views in Madrid.
