A new brunch concept arrives at Only YOU Hotel Atocha: a more authentic and social experience inspired by the traditional Madrid aperitif and those leisurely Sundays meant to be enjoyed without rushing.

The experience begins with a perfectly served vermouth — or the drink of your choice — accompanied by a sharing platter featuring classics such as gildas, Iberian ham croquettes, Russian salad, marinated anchovies, and patatas bravas. Afterwards, you can choose from dishes that blend brunch favorites with iconic Madrid specialties, including our burger, calamari sandwich, or Club Sandwich. To finish, indulge in legendary desserts like cheesecake or rice pudding, all accompanied by live 80s music, vermouth, wine, and some of the best views in all of Madrid.
