After summer, HOLISTYC returns with a very special new edition. This time, in collaboration with Lady Boss, a community of women who inspire, connect and support one another, to welcome September in the best possible way: with movement, music, wellbeing and plenty of enthusiasm to enjoy.

Light Up Pilates arrives in Madrid to invite us to experience a different kind of morning, where movement, music and wellbeing come together in a unique setting, Only YOU Hotel Atocha.

For three hours, let yourself be carried away by a candlelit Pilates session, accompanied by the live music of a violinist, creating an intimate and special atmosphere where every movement becomes an experience.

In addition, this edition comes packed with new experiences: Workout Face, Wellness Shots, Goodie Bag and a Sport Outfit from a very special brand that we can’t wait to reveal. Everything is designed so that the experience begins long before the first pose and continues long after the last one.

To put the finishing touch to the morning, enjoy a delicious healthy breakfast and share the experience in good company.
