Mónica Rosón, known as La Cataora, is a sommelier, trainer and eno-gastronomic communicator. Recognised for her close, fresh and accessible way of bringing the world of wine to the public, she has become one of the leading voices in wine communication in Spain.

She hosts tastings, training sessions and gastronomic events, and collaborates with media outlets and programmes linked to gastronomy and culture. She has also been a finalist in the VinoInfluencers Awards.
