Video Surveillance
In accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Guide to the Use of Video Cameras for Security and other Purposes, and in accordance with GDPR Article 13 and Article 22 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, the DATA CONTROLLER advises the following:
Who is the data controller responsible for your personal data?
The data controller is the company indicated in the basic information shown on video surveillance posters located in the hotel.
To what end do we process your personal data?
To safeguard security and monitor any acts being committed which could be unlawful. The aim is to guarantee the safety of people, goods, and facilities on our premises.
How long will we keep personal data for?
For a maximum period of one month, except in cases where a suspected criminal activity has been captured. Upon examination of the potential criminal activity, a record will be made available to state security bodies and forces, courts, and tribunals.
What is the legitimation for processing your data?
The controller's legitimate interests in guaranteeing the security of persons, goods, and facilities, or where there is a public interest, as per the terms established in Article 6.1 e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What are your rights with regard to data processing?
You can exercise your rights to access, rectification, erasure, restrict processing, data portability, or object, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
