Market cuisine at Only YOU Boutique
After the success of its summer edition, Tripea's ephemeral pop up returns to Only YOU Boutique Hotel. Over the next few months, we will host on our interior terrace the most autumnal dishes from Roberto Martínez Foronda, chef at Tripea (Best Market Stall in 2023).
It will be the only opportunity to taste a proposal designed for Only YOU Boutique, which will once again be à la carte and especially designed for sharing. This time, the menu will revolve around hot and seasonal dishes, and will include some of the most acclaimed creations from the previous pop up, such as the ají de gallina croquette or the prawn ceviche.
The experience, which can be enjoyed from Wednesday to Saturday during lunch and dinner hours, will maintain the characteristic essence of Tripea's market cuisine in a unique enclave: a completely renovated 19th century mansion.
